Renders by Reine is a creative venture owned by a passionate and dedicated artist. As an artist-owned establishment, we are deeply committed to nurturing the creative spirit that fuels our work. This commitment extends to our rigorous respect for copyright policies. We take copyright issues seriously, ensuring that the intellectual property rights of both our customers and ourselves are protected.

  1. Artwork and Illustrations Ownership: All artwork and illustrations created and provided by Renders by Reine, except for illustrations that include the faces and details of customers, are the exclusive property of Renders by Reine. This includes but is not limited to Christmas ornaments, downloadable posters, and any other customized or standard artwork and illustrations.

  2. Copyright Protection: All artwork and illustrations, regardless of their form or medium, are protected by copyright laws. Renders by Reine retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement or written consent.

  3. Limited License for Customers: Customers who purchase portrait illustrations with their own faces included shall be granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the specific portrait illustration for personal use, which includes but is not limited to printing, displaying, and sharing the image for personal purposes. This license does not grant customers any rights to resell, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit the artwork.

  4. Unauthorized Use: Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Renders by Reine's artwork and illustrations is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

  5. Use for Promotional Purposes: Renders by Reine reserves the right to use any artwork and illustrations created by us, for promotional purposes, portfolio showcase, and marketing materials. Customers' privacy and personal information will be respected and not disclosed without prior consent.

  6. Modification and Alteration: Customers are not allowed to modify, alter, or manipulate the artwork and illustrations provided by Renders by Reine without express written consent.

  7. Ownership Transfer: Ownership or copyright of artwork and illustrations may be transferred to the customer through a separate, written agreement, which should outline the terms and conditions of the transfer.
